Bookbug Sessions are free, fun and friendly events for babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their families to enjoy together. 

Each session lasts around 40 minutes and includes songs, stories and rhymes. There is usually no need to book, they take place in a very relaxed environment and are a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your little one.

Authors Live set sail on the high seas for a magical adventure on board Arthur’s Dream Boat, with the award-winning team of Polly Dunbar and Long Nose Puppets.

Authors Live has put a new spin on the traditional notion of poetry, with three of Britain’s best-loved poets; Paul Lyalls, Elspeth Murray and Dizraeli waging verbal battle against each other in front of a live online audience. But that is not all, as we have superstar of the spoken word Lemn Sissay reading two poems and he has also been compering the slam. Expect lively debate, quick wits, lots of laughs and above all, expect the unexpected!
