Online Teacher in Residence is our project which aims to build a community of practice for teachers around creative approaches to literacy for learning.

As part of this we offer free online CPD sessions through our Online Teacher in Residence Glow Group. You can sign up to attend any one of these below.

A lively introduction from multi-award winning Teacher of the Year David Miller to the collaborative world of WEB 2.0.

The session will provide an insight into the learning and teaching potential of some popular online technologies, including social networks, and offer starting points for immediate classroom use!

Join us for a lively discussion to share how your school/group has participated and get ideas from other colleagues for continuing the impact of the project in your school or learning environment.

Online Teachers' Book Group: Picture Book for Primary 1/ Primary 2

Aimed at teachers of lower primary, this Glow Meet with our resident Early Years Trainer Tracy Lowe will discuss the selected picture book as a potenial cross-curricular classroom aid. We will update the picture book title by mid February.
