Bookbug Sessions
The Bookbug programme is all about enjoying books and rhymes with your child. Our website is filled with tips about the best places to get books, suggestions for stories we think your child will love, ideas on how to encourage language development – and insights into why enjoying books together has so many benefits.
We aim to provide free packs of books to every child in Scotland and also run fun, free activities such as Bookbug Sessions, where babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their parents come together to enjoy rhymes, sing songs and listen to stories.
