(step 1 of 7)
Please make sure that:
You have read the application guidelines on the website.
You have confirmed your choice of writer/storyteller/illustrator is on the Live Literature register and therefore eligible to carry out Live Literature sessions.
Your session(s) is/are being carried out on a not-for-profit basis.
You are not receiving funding from the Creative Scotland specifically towards your event(s).
The session(s) will be taking place between

Please note funding cannot be carried over.
Your organisation will pay Scottish Book Trust 50% of the fee (£75) plus VAT (a total of £90) for every session that is funded. Be aware you cannot charge for the event to make up for half of the author's fee
You have received a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. Your application will only be confirmed once this has been received. Please retain this for your records.
It is highly recommended that you draft your application before submitting it online. Click here to download a
draft application form
in .doc format. Please note you must submit your application through this website.
Be aware each question requires an adequate amount of detail and other than the request for a one line description of your project, there is no word limit for your answers.
