If you would like to participate, please think about the following details before you proceed:

• To take part as an individual, fill in 'individual' in the field asking you for the organisation name. Under 'job title' insert 'Young Judge' and your age.
• Which categories would you like to register in (0-7, 8-11, 12-16)?
• How many children do you think you'll involve in each category?
• What is the approx. boy/girl ratio in the groups?
• Contact address, email address and phone number
• Are you planning to judge using a shared reading scheme?
