Authors Live: Adrian Edmondson

Join us for a special broadcast with author, actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson. Adrian's children's debut, Tilly and the Time Machine, is a heart-warming tale of courage, time travel and friendship. Tilly is seven and half and lives at 10 Railway Sidings with her dad. Her dad is an inventor and is very clever and he has created a time machine. There is only one place that Tilly wants to visit: her sixth birthday party, when her mum was still alive. But when her dad disappears, the resourceful Tilly must travel through time to find him! Tune in for an exciting, interactive and hilarious event with Adrian exploring history, adventure and time travel!

About Adrian Edmondson

Adrian Edmondson is probably best known (by adults) for his roles in The Young Ones and Bottom, written in conjunction with his comedy partner Rik Mayall. More recently, he starred in the BBC series War and Peace. His first adult novel, The Gobbler, was published in 1996 and Tilly and the Time Machine, his debut children’s book, was published in 2017. His next children’s book Junkyard Jack and the Horse That Talked is published in June this year.
