Nicola Davies Learning Resources: Exploring Sustainability

Previously the presenter of BBC children's wildlife programme 'The Really Wild Show', Nicola Davies is an award-winning children's writer whose books often focus on animals and nature. Her passion for the world around us shines through in her books, and the resources can help you put her work at the heart of projects on sustainability and conservation.

There are a mixture of extended projects and quick activities inspired by Gaia Warriors, The Leopard's Tail, The Promise and other titles. Even if you don't own copies of these books, we think you'll find some inspiring ideas to explore sustainability in your classroom or library!

One of the resources was commissioned to support our free Authors Live broadcast with Nicola on the 9 March 2017. Don't worry if you miss the event - you'll be able to catch it in our Watch on Demand section.
