It was a roaring success and we have received over 1,100 entries. Thank you for all those who have sent their poems - we have managed to select 90 winners!
The winners and their whole class will get the chance to go and see Children's Laureate Michael Rosen on his only Scottish Tour, as part of our Scottish Friendly Children's Book Tour.

More about Michael Rosen
Michael Rosen is one of the UK's finest poets for children and has been instrumental in opening up children's access to poetry in ordinary language that children actually use. He is the author of many collections of poems for children including Quick, Let's Get Out of Here and Michael Rosen's Book of Very Silly Poems. He was named the 2007-2009 children's laureate this year, in recognition of his substantial contribution to children's literature.
