Darren Shan October 2009
We were very priviledged to bring the gruesome horror author Darren Shan to Glasgow to lauch the final book the Demonata series, Hell’s Heroes.
This was Darren's only event in Scotland to promote the book and you can hear him chat exclusively to our very own Micheal Merillo about his career in Listen Up!

Pupil Feedback
"The Darren Shan event was so interesting I really liked it when he acted out a scene from Cirque du Freak." Niamh, age 11, John Paul Academy.
"I loved hearing an extract from Darren's new book. Ha has inspired me to read more horror books as I was not that into them but I like them more now. What was the best about him reading was the way he kept us in suspense. Can't wait to read the whole book." Abigail, age 12, John Paul Academy.
