William Hussey Events
The new master of dark fiction, William Hussey, visited Edinburgh on an appropriately gloomy day to speak to pupils at Portobello High School and James Gillespie High School about his terrifying new series.
The first of in the trilogy is Witchfinder: Dawn of the Demontide, and tells the story of Jake Harker, a young boy drawn into the nightmare of the Demontide. Witches and their demon familiars stalk his every move, and his dreams are plagued by visions of a 17th Century figure known only as the Witchfinder...
William's events were fantastic. He taught us all about witchfinding in the 17th century, read us a scary passage from the book and even carried out a live witch trial.
You can find out more information about William Hussey and his work on the Witchfinder website. www.witchfinderbooks.co.uk
