About writer's work:
I am interested in helping children in Scotland learn more about the Past and especially about those elements of Scottish History that contribute to their own sense of history and identity. I am passionate about the power of History and stories from the Past to interest, inspire and educate children in the widest sense of the word. My publications list includes books on ancient Rome, ancient Greece, Mesopotamia, ancient Scotland, the Picts and the Norse, medieval Scotland, castles and archaeology.
