Although studying printed textiles at art college, I always specialised in the children's market. Since stumbling into the wonderful world of children's books, I've never looked back!
I also worlk as a part-time lecturer in printed textiles at Dundee University (where I did my degree!) and share a studio with my dog, Lola.
About writer's events and projects:
- Readings and/or workshops for pre-school and school groups.- 1-2 classes for readings but no more than 1 class for workshops.
- Will read from my books with interaction with the children on relevent concepts (actions, ideas etc) and drawings/questions etc.
- Will need plenty of notice for any talks outwith Tayside but am happy to travel if organised.
