The Price of a Fish Supper is a long monologue in which ex-fisherman Rab tells his story – and illuminates the demise of the Scottish fishing industry. The play was originally written for Glasgow’s Oran Mor, but was also produced for BBC R4, and staged at the Edinburgh Festival fringe. Now it has been chosen for this anthology by Philip Howard.
