It's shopping day. Mrs Ladybird says goodbye to her five little ladybirds and rushes off ? but oh dear, she's forgotten something important! 'Wait!' calls Little Ladybird, and chases after her. Another little ladybird joins the trail on each new page as they hurry after their mother ? just in time to give her the forgotten purse at the checkout, and go home together for a wonderful tea.
