A Day I Will Remember the Most by Megan Scarborough

In the holidays, me and my Dad went to choose a new kitten.

The two kittens available were both females and black. One was called Lily and the other was Pebbles. Lily came up to me straight away while Pebbles was sitting on the scratching post, so I chose Lily.

After the visit to the kittens, we went to Pets at Home to buy cat food, treats, a cat bowl, litter and a tray. The lady that was caring for them said we could borrow a cat carrier.

Later that day we went to collect Lily, and when my sister came home she was gobsmacked. Lily is very good and doesn't seem to be missing her sister.
